i had to watch this vid in school mad long ago for drug awareness, he is tweeked out on meth and he shattered his ankle the first time he fell.
Damn, I wish I could follow this up and see what this guy was really on. It almost seemed like he kept passing out and waking up when his face hit something.
i got to say this guy shouldn’t drive. maybe it’s not a DWI, but in that condition he must stay off the road. i’ve never driven in the US, but over here the police would put him in their car and take him to the nearest hospital for an alcohol&drug test.

just for the record a lawnmower is still considered a motor vehicle and you have to follow reg’s from the state to drive it on the road way.
