Mr. Taylor, I enjoyed your response. Although we both play different sides of the fence, its refreshing to have a dialogue that is professional in tone. I do believe the judicial system could not function without defense attorneys, and I have a couple of good ones on speed-dial should I ever get sued! I agree with you that most officers make it pretty easy to have their cases attacked. You absolutely cannot have the knowledge base from the two day course we receive in the academy.

Yes, many DUI defense seminars permit only defense attorneys, primarily due to disruptions from member of MADD. But I find your comment ironic, as I’ve tried many times in the past to attend law enforcement and breathalyzer manufacturer training sessions — and always been barred.
Mr. Taylor, as a Police Officer who loves to arrest dui drivers, I want to thank you for posting your strategies online. It has been extremely helpful for me to “finetune” my cases. Also, given that I couldnt gain access to training seminars because I belong to the opposition, its been remarkably helpful that you have posted links to training/education materials. Thanks again, and please keep posting your videos, they are great!
