There will always be knee jerk reactions to any incident related to aviation. As far as trespass and reckless endangerment is concerned, he was an FA and knows more about safety than those who are concocting those charges and he was authorized to be where he was as he was an airline employee on duty. Its apparent that now charges of some sort will always be conjured up in order to convict someone and it isn’t just the American justice system that is antiquated and flawed. Its everywhere.
