  1. @EnglishStan – Look up user cveitch, particularly his video on how to escape a terrorist stop.

It’s a trial lawyer thing. You need to come to a point rapidly and clearly. The attention span of a jury is only so long, and you need to inflect your voice to keep their attention. Any trial lawyer who isn’t a complete fraud will know a lot about rhetoric. Their job is fundamentally persuasive, not informative. “This is what I want you to believe”.

  3. There isnt any law. All this bullshit about the constitution, bill of rights, etc. is a lie! They do what they want. Not even money gets you out. It is who you know. We live in an excuse for a nation run by thieves. Finally, the privileged are feeling the brunt of this lie called Amerikkka! Now there’s a problem, there wasn’t a problem before?

  4. We need a UK version!!!

  5. talking fast must be a law thing!

  6. @davidkazuhiro Like with so many legal comparisons between our countries, USA laws value freedom, Canada laws value rights. Implementation is the same.

Fantastic video! A real public service to anyone who isn’t aware of their rights under intimidating situations. Best video I have yet seen on YouTube.

    OMG, Yes! Saul Goodman! Also:

    Saul Goodman
    It’s All Good Man
    S’all Good Man.

  10. @ArrogantCancerian If you live in America…

  11. I agree with him. Who do you live for yourself or someone else. You don’t want freedom go to Mexico, or North Korea. So many people are in jail and prison for no reason, the average american doesn’t know their right so I would ask anyone with negative response to shut up about this video. This is his purpose.

@Braunik Thank you, & agreed. Guilty until proven innocent, unless you’re a cop, celebutard, or high-ranking politician.

@light333 Not really. Are you that much of an arrogant asshole? Are you so ignorant that you don’t hear the news stories about your colleagues all over N.A. getting away with huge violations of the law, & trying to bullshit their way out when they KNOW they’re wrong? Apparently so. Young, stupid, full of himself- just the kind of stuck-up prick that should NOT be wearing a uniform & badge.

  14. @numnunums that was a smart comment. here is mine. “The few statistics that exist include a 2006 Department of Justice report, which showed that out of 26,556 citizen complaints about excessive use of police force among large U.S. agencies only about 2000 were found to have merit.” that is 7.5%, so I apologize, I understated my own side of the argument.

  15. @bluecollarcanuck drunk driving? cowardice, are you that much of an idiot…lol. As for excessive use of force. Two things: You have no idea how much force a police officer is allowed to do in certain situations and you have to realize that people who get busted by police will try to use any excuse to get out of what they did wrong. Liberals always seem to have very extreme reasons for things…

  16. @numnunums
    I’ve heard 80%.

  17. @light333 Actually about 50% of statistics are made up.

  18. bluecollarcanuck on June 23rd, 2010 at 1:57 pm

@light333 Because of evidence you might have planted? Government thug.

  19. bluecollarcanuck on June 23rd, 2010 at 2:52 pm

@light333 No, they just get away with blatant violations of the same laws they’re supposed to enforce. Drunk driving, excessive use of force, even cowardice in the face of overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing.

  20. bluecollarcanuck on June 23rd, 2010 at 3:12 pm

@davidkazuhiro Damn right they do; look what happened with the Robert Dziekanski case. The senior NCO in that case later drove drunk and killed an innocent motorcyclist. The case is still before the courts.

@alexander224 Oh please, give it a fucking rest already. We don’t believe that anymore. Brain-dead sheep.

    I’m proud of this guy.

  23. @alexander224 actually theyre not here for our protection, they are here for enforcement of corporate laws and statutes. multiple court rulings around the country uniformly ruling that they are not here for our safety

  24. @failfishes out of all the cops videos I have replied to, it seems the only answer I get is idiots like yourself who can only say “You are an idiot.” Next pathetic excuse for a human please come forward and try to diss police with a valid reason…

  25. Cops are here for your protection the best thing to do is to cooperate as much as you can.
