But then having it sealed could be even worse because the employer could see that I had been arrested but they wouldn’t know the reason which was for 1 joint worths of medical cannabis. Which means they would probably think I was a violent criminal or pedophile. The only people that are really advised to try to seal criminal complaints are to cover real bad complaints, convictions, crimes? You don’t do that for one joint, sealing is worse than being, “Arrested for marihuana possession, continued without a finding, not guilty”?
