Orange County Sheriff’s Department et al. Matthew Fleuret’s attorneys, Stephen Bernard and David Brown, say he was arrested two years ago on suspicion of obstructing a deputy after a bar fight in San Clemente, California. And they allege that video footage shows deputies took Fleuret’s pants off and used a stun gun on him, even though he was handcuffed and, at one point, strapped to a chair. Flueret alleges he was tased at least 11 times. The video also appears to show a deputy slamming Fleuret in the head as he sat on a bench in the jail. The video was released as part of the discovery process in Fleuret’s lawsuit. It comes a few months after a drunken homeless man died after being tased in the Orange County jail. Stephen Bernard joined his father, Saul J. Bernard, at the Bernard Law practice after attending the University of Southern California and Southwestern University School of Law. As lead counsel he has guided the firm to the forefront of class action, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Only a freak or a sadist would continue to torture someone who was restrained. But then again only freaks would want to work in that place. Hey at least the inmates get to leave, deputies choose to go back day after day and become more and more like the worst of the worst criminals that go through that place! It’s twisted and beyond my comprehension!

What was Mike Carona advising DHS on? How to treat the prisoners in Abu Gharib? Apparently so, either that they went out and hired the sickest people that came back from Iraq to work the jails notice all the jar heads. All that little biatch is missing is a cigerette dangling from her mouth and she’d look just like that other stupid cow who took orders and went down for it. IDIOTS.

  13. yo ima bout to become one of these. they just itching to do something. finally they get something haha

I don’t understand why officers don’t stand in front of a judge and jury and if convicted, go to prision. Sick people need to see this because this is reality.

  15. TheUnknownchicken on July 27th, 2010 at 1:57 am

    This is sick.

This video may be placed in my bad apples playlist. Videos must meet certain criteria. it’s has to be a real case and it has to be real brutality. SOunds like this one will have no problem being added. I just need to confrim the cases first, then I will put it in.

  19. What all these orange county sheriffs need to remember is that most of the prisoners in Orange County Jail will be out in a year or less. We will see you again later when you are out in public with your families.

  21. Im an Orange county resident, and we have some of the most corrupt police officers in the country!

Look up Mike Corona, And gregory haidl.

You guys dont know what it’s like in an OC county jail. It’s brutal, and in THEO LACY, minors are routinely sexually assaulted by guards.

  22. Ninjamonkeys18 on July 27th, 2010 at 6:59 am

Oh, really? So it’d be just fine with you if cops just let themselves get beat on and hit and struck by criminals high on PCP and do nothing about it? Yeah, thats smart. I’d like to see how you would do against a 200 pound man high on drugs and a hatred for anyone that isn’t himself.
